In 1984, as Rev. Zechariah Vasudevan was praying. God placed a burden in his heart for the lost souls and to work for the Kingdom of God.

Four years later, as he was passing by the Bukit Kemuning road (the road to Taman Sri Muda), he saw a vision where the whole area of Shah Alam was covered with light and a voice followed saying, “Who is going to do My ministry here?”

As Zechariah understood the will of God in his life, he left his home, Banting and moved to Taman Sri Muda, Shah Alam and began his ministry as a cell group at Kampung Jawa with 5 members.

At 1991, the church was established in a building near our present premises. Then, the church moved to another premise in 1st May 1993, located near the Taman Sri Muda secondary school. The English Ministry was born in that premise. In 5 years, the church moved again to another building near the main road of Taman Sri Muda. The BM Ministry was born when the church was operating in this premise. Finally, the church moved to the 4th premise on 2004 August where the ministry grown rapidly in number of souls and ministries.

GCF Ministries is an outreach of Grace Assembly of God, a mega church of Rev. Henry K. Pillai. With the support of Grace ministry, GCF is now actively focusing in fulfilling the great commission, which is to reach to the community with a positive prospect to help the poor by showing the Love of Christ. The global mission of the Grace ministry is to reach the whole nation through Community Services.
