The bible in 1Chronicles 12:32 says the sons of Issachar had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do. Their chiefs were two hundred and all their brethren were at their command.
What singled the sons of Issachar out was their UNDERSTANDING of the times. What will single you out in the work of the ministry is understanding of the VISION God gave to you. Men with understanding end up with outstanding work and extraordinary ministries. It requires spiritual discerning to understand Vision and it takes vision to experience explosion.
our vision which is God given must be handled as such. our help consistently must be from ABOVE and not from Abroad. David said I will look up to the hills from where my help comes. Ministry is not competition. We cannot use carnal ideas to implement spiritual assignment. TWO THINGS ARE THE SECRET OF A GREAT MINISTRY AND THEY ARE: 1. WISDOM & 2. MEEKNESS Wisdom is needed to receive instruction while meekness is needed to receive correction. There is no distinction in ministry without instruction and correction we need WISDOM to carry out our vision and need Meekness to adjust our ways so as not to end up in a wrong direction. In life and ministry, every single decision we make either takes us up or brings us down.  God wants to relieve us of burdens and yokes in this great assignment. God has put our ministry in the city of Shah Alam and Klang valley to prove that He is not a respecter of persons. We can flourish in spite of the odds around us. God will bless a ministry that is committed to outreach not in reach , a ministry committed to soul winning. He wants us to have a multifaceted ministry relevant to every needs of the society. This is Church planting worldwide, welfare of the needy, education from nursery to university level, Health care, publishing, training and mentoring. How far are we going in this direction? The larger the vision, the greater the resource is.
We need to understand God’s timing to do what He ought to do.

The righteous goes through various kinds of challenges at various times. John the Baptist, the bold preacher was imprisoned for preaching the truth to Herod. He face challenge. God allowed it. Elijah was a man of God’s presence. Yet he came to a time in his life and said to God take my life. The Apostles had lots of oppositions and challenges in their life. Our righteous, that does not mean we will not face challenges. Challenges is a trial period when we are expected to use biblical principles that we have learned from God. To manage and to overcome challenges. We need to handle it properly, if not we will be broken by them. Many have fallen away from the faith because they passed through rough times.
How to then we can overcome challenges?1. Build strong relationship with the Lord2. Keep your eyes on the Lord3. Identify God’s will in all things and submit to it.4. Give yourself to the Word.
Psalms 125:1 To those trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken but endured for ever.Daniel 11:32 But the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
